lib: Ignore depgraph counters with --pretend
For now, do not log depgraph counters which are determined via
--pretend. These packages do not get built, and in aggregate, could skew
analysis of the total number of packages installed in a given invocation
of chromite/bash tooling.
This change also adds sys.argv to each log entry. This can be changed
later, or omitted from data being consumed by callers.
