Do not prompt for extra function generator setup
Extra function generator setup was required from operators before the
latest refit on the robot, to avoid tangling wires. With the latest
refit, wire tangling is not a concern, so remove prompts when
transitioning from one noise test to another.

TEST=Run tests in all permutation of noise / non-noise order, observe
that correct prompts are shown
