logitech-updater: remove std::cout to enable running in minijail0.

* When run in minijail0, std::cout causes the program to terminate
  without leaving a message in audit.log.  Removed.
* Update eeprom file names to support Meetup firmware 1.5.0 package.
* Clean up udev rules to terminate line continuations.

logitech-updater is a utility to upgrade logitech camera firmwares.

Requirements

The GNU C/C++ library is required.

Building

At the top level of the directory.

$ make

Alternatively at Chromium OS development environment,

$ emerge-${BOARD} logitech-updater

How to use

logitech updater currently includes the follow executables: ptzpro2-updater
$ ptzpro2-updater -h
