Applying ebuild patch: libnih-1.0.3-skip-generated-tests.patch

Original description:

Generating these files requires nih-dbus-tool which is only built when USE=dbus
is enabled in the SDK.  These files are only used when running `make check` and
we don't do that.  So disable this to speed things up and to simplify the SDK.
