Optofidelity: Allow overwrite for reported subject name
Allows configuration option to overwrite the subject name that is
reported.
native and keyboard benchmarks are run on different subjects, since
they require different calibrations. But they should both report as
dut/native to show up as the same subject in the dashboard.
