saft: Modify ecbin size field on the DTB blob
The new updated ecbin may have a different size. The ecbin size field on the
DTB blob should be updated. Otherwise, the software sync may be failed.

TEST=After merging some EC update test changes, run:
run_remote_test.sh -a "new_ec=ec_autest_image.bin" firmware_UpdateECBin/control$
