Apply vendor-specific properties in gesture replay
Always check 40-touchpad-cmt.conf for relevant gesture properties when
replaying recordings. That file includes properties that apply to
vendors based on VID. Unfortunately, most of our platform hwprop files
don't have VID recorded properly, so instead we match against the vendor
identifier string.
Also add appropriate vendor identifier string to platform prop files.

TEST=run regression suite and check that properties are applied.
check for regressions caused by correctly applied properties, none
found.
