platform: HMR Calibration script

The calibration script will be used to calibrate the HMR.
In particular, the rotation and skew error, together with the scale
factors and offsets in x and y directions will be calculated and logged.
The plots before and after correcting rotation and skewing can also be
saved.

Test=Compared with MATLAB results and found identical.
