Revert "video expectations: Add CSDVerification for known broken vectors"
This reverts commit 5efcea0d5d8ce47c7594679f8d8aca344eb81c4a.
Reason for revert: These two test vectors are indeed failing -- but
with a kernel GPU hang:
> GPU hangs: i915 0000:00:02.0: [drm] GPU HANG: ecode 12:4:28fffffd
the depended-on CL moves those two test vectors to files_from_bugs.
This one removes the suppressions/expectations since they would
become stale.
