fw-zephyr: Fix a bug with "eeprom writen" command when writing bytes to address => 0x100

Address data type changed to 16 bits long to accommodate the 1KB EEPROM address space

BUG=None
TEST=Verify that "eeprom writen" writes to entirety of EEPROM address space
