crospts: block mbw and compress lz4 tests for 4GB RAM DUT

The crospts test encounters a stuck state when run on DUT with 4GB of
RAM during testing compress lz4 (b/316035777) and mbw (b/315897893)
tests. Remove these tests when run all tests for 4GB RAM DUT.
