v3: disable ssh key checking when doing update
This disables the ssh key checking because booting new firmware
forces the ssh to generate new ssh server keys. The keys are not
persistent between different firmware versions and checking them
makes the update process to fail.

TEST=update chameleon and see that the firmware is updated correctly
