nsm: set Bluez_osr_R117-15526.0.0.csv as default
Set Bluez_osr_R117-15526.0.0.csv as the default Bluez build so
there is no need to specify the Bluez build each time when running
the NSM script.

TEST=Run the nsm script with "-f" and without "-b" as follows:
$ ./nsm.py nsm2 -f <floss_csv_filepath>
