Consolidate identical tests with and without tauto prefix
The Testhaus dashboard might display the same test with or without
the "tauto" prefix. For instance, the following identical tests are
executed in different test pools:
- bluetooth_AdapterAUHealth.au_a2dp_test.floss
- tauto.bluetooth_AdapterAUHealth.au_a2dp_test.floss
We should consolidate identical tests before calculating their
pass rates.
The unit tests have also been modified for verification purposes.
