[ChromeDriver] Exit Fullscreen to prepare next tests The Fullscreen tests leave the window in Fullscreen, which can prevent later tests from setting window size to expected value. We duplicated the window size change at the start of each Fullscreen test. Change-Id: I8a6ab1342cf82e9d19e3ab77eced9c86f81d3a6e
