Apr 26 at 20:00 comment added Sam202 If you add heat at the same rate it is being absorbed by an endothermic reaction, or conversely, extract heat at the same rate it is being released by an exothermic reaction, your system will be isothermic (constant $T$). Increasing pressure $P$ under such conditions will not result in an increase in $T$, and the equilibrium constant $K_c$ will also remain constant, but there would still be an equilibrium shift to the right as you predicted.
