$\begingroup$ +1. A tip: Instead of spamming dots, you can use\tag after you have written the equation (after the bracket }). So, the syntax will be $$\ce{Ba^{2+} + SO2 + H2O -> BaSO3 + 2 H+}\tag{1}$$ $\endgroup$
