The Technical Support Specialist plays a crucial role in providing expert assistance and guidance to customers, colleagues, and stakeholders regarding a specific product or set of products within the organization.

Key Responsibility:

  • Advanced Issue Resolution:
    • Handle complex technical issues that require in-depth knowledge
    • Collaborate with Expert support for problem resolution
    • Mentor Junior support agents
  • Customer Escalations:
    • Manage and resolve customer escalations effectively
    • Provide in-depth explanations and solutions for complex problems
Knowledge:

  • Advanced Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in using advanced tools such as Jira, Zendesk, Confluence
    • In-depth knowledge of hardware, software, and network configurations
  • Product/Service Configuration:
    • Ability to guide customers through advanced product configurations
    • Understanding of integration with other systems and applications
  • Problem Analysis:
    • Analytical skills to diagnose and solve complex technical problems
    • Root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues
Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical support, with a strong technical background
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to use data for decision-making
  • Customer-centric focus and a commitment to delivering high-quality support
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and German
