The Executive Engagement Centre (EEC) is an integral part of our Marketing and Sales organizations. It allows key customers to learn more about Hexagon and its product offerings. We host the leadership of our most valued prospects, customers, and partners to understand their strategic priorities. We collaborate in developing the briefing experience, focusing on interactive experiences, meaningful conversations and strengthening relationships. These engagements occur in person in Zürich, virtually and in the future in other locations globally.

As the Marketing Engagement Manager, you will be the guiding force behind Hexagon’s EEC engagement strategy and execution. You will collaborate closely with executives, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to drive strategic alignment, foster meaningful relationships, and enhance internal and external communications. With a results-driven attitude, you are proactive in your approach to meeting visitors needs. The primary objective of this role is to create an impactful experience for visitors that is memorable and encourages action. The business conducted in this space will set the tone for new and ongoing business relationships forged with key stakeholders and customers.

• Execute and scale a comprehensive strategy for the Executive Engagement Centre program and focused on our most highly targeted customers, working to maximize the use of the space by Hexagon senior leadership and internal teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, sales teams, and customers to ensure seamless coordination and successful outcomes, serving as the liaison between all parties.
• Oversee all aspects of executive engagement, including agenda development, content creation, logistics coordination, experience personalization, customer gift inventory and post-event follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling presentations and materials tailored to the targeted industries and audiences.
• Develop and maintain process & operational rigor for divisions to request exec engagement while creating systems to prioritize leader requests and measure their impact.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, technology integration and best practices to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the EEC components.
• Utilize and maintain registration system or work with building management team to register attendees, send invites, issue communications, and prepare name badges for visitors.
• Generate regular reports and metrics to track the success of executive engagements, gather feedback and make data-driven recommendations for improvements, keeping in constant communication with key stakeholders and partnering with them to drive the direction of the EEC programs.
• Provide budget coordination, including the planning and tracking of purchase order issue, invoice approvals, actual vs. planned spend, and forecast updates, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality
• Additional related project management, as assigned.

This is you

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Detail-oriented, with a proven ability to drive executive engagement, event management, or related projects to completion
• Must thrive on developing and implementing creative ways to achieve measurable success.
• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to deal with last-minute changes and deadlines while showing grace under pressure.
• Fluency in English – written and oral. Multiple languages is a plus.
• SFDC and Pardot experience
• Experienced with MS Office Suite including Excel/PowerPoint/Doc/Teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organization skills and able to juggle many tasks without losing sight of top priorities
• High level of professionalism, integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a global organization across multiple time zones
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership
• Previous customer or executive-facing experience is a plus
• Flexible to travel when job requires
