Business Analyst

The Nordwand Group is currently looking for a Business Analyst / Data Analyst. (Contract to Permanent)

Your position specifying Jira requirements involves running Oracle database queries and validating data in a prototype before handing them over to the software engineering teams. By conducting these activities, you can ensure that the requirements are clear, complete and accurate before handing them over to the software development team to build.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements for the Jira project
• Develop prototypes that visually represent the desired functionality and layout of the Jira project
• Use query tools or databases to extract relevant data that will be used in the Jira project
• Verify the accuracy and consistency of the data to be included in the Jira project
• Review the prototype with stakeholders to confirm that it meets their needs. Make any necessary revisions based on feedback
• Document all requirements, data queries, and validation processes to provide clear guidelines for the software engineering teams

Ideal profile:

• Around 10 years Business Analysis skills
• Oracle Database skills (queries)
• Jira
• Strong English communication skills (Lots of meetings)
• Strong interpersonal skills / emotionally intelligent
