The Feel Good Manager at Pixel Plus will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and productive work environment for our team members. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing programs and initiatives that promote employee well-being, satisfaction, and engagement. This includes but not limited to organizing team building activities, mentoring and coaching employees, monitoring employee satisfaction, and addressing any concerns that may arise.
Tasks
Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction
Organize team building activities and events
Mentor and coach employees to improve their skills and job performance
Monitor employee satisfaction and address any concerns that may arise
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive and productive work environment
Provide support and resources to employees to help them navigate any personal or professional challenges they may be facing
Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in employee engagement and well-being
Requirements
Proven experience as a Feel Good Manager or similar role
Strong understanding of employee engagement and well-being best practices
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and other stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
