The Collaborations & Event team is responsible for marketing collaborations and events within the P&C Group and contributes to the central goals of image enhancement, increased frequency, customer loyalty and new customer acquisition. The events are aimed in particular at customers, consumers and participants in the "Insider" customer loyalty program.
Your mission
Responsibility for the planning, management and coordination of all events (openings, launch events, insider events, POS roadshows, sale nights) AT & CEE according to global specifications.
Development & management of event agencies within the markets
Coordinate and negotiate cooperations with lifestyle brands
Design and optimize events as an experience in the sense of the brand to inspire & retain customers
Plan and monitor the event calendar in line with the marketing calendar
Act as an important interface within marketing as well as with purchasing, sales and external event agencies to ensure a continuous flow of communication
Analyze performance against pre-defined KPIs and identify opportunities to optimize for long-term success
Your profile
Completed studies in event management/marketing or a comparable qualification
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the event sector, ideally in fashion, lifestyle or FMCG retail.
Experience in negotiating cooperations (give & take)
High customer and service orientation and ability to work in a team
Exceptional planning and organizational skills for successful project implementation
Enthusiasm and dedication to the job to drive the mission forward
Strategic and creative thinking to create unique brand experiences
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Willingness to travel and manage events at weekends
Fluent in German and English
