Role overview:

As our Engagement/Venture Manager you will apply your entrepreneurial, conceptual and financial skills to drive business growth for leading organisations globally.

What you will be doing:

• Own end-to-end strategic engagements and ventures, leading a cross-functional team of 2-5 members to help large organisations achieve new performance heights
• Manage diverse projects, including spin-offs, governance, ventures, technology transfers, digital value creation, due diligence, and Corporate Venture Capital services
• Work independently while liaising with VCs, venture builders, strategists, and corporate leaders
  
  

Your responsibilities:

• Make data-driven decisions through high-quality and timely analysis. Based on your findings, derive actionable recommendations
• Facilitate investment committees, strategic discussions, and workshops with C-level executives and stakeholders
• Maintain client relationships, ensure alignment, and co-create solutions with clients and investors
• Execute solution designs collaboratively with clients, investors, and other stakeholders, ensuring deadlines are always met
• Stay on top of industry trends and tech, improving methodologies and fostering innovation
• Contribute to Stryber's growth: developing intellectual property, improving internal processes and supporting business success or acquisition
  
  

About you:

• 3+ years of strategy consulting (tech/digital) and 1+ years of entrepreneurial experience (e.g. founding a startup or working in a venture capital fund)
• Degree in business, science, or engineering with outstanding academic results from a top university
• Proven leadership in cross-functional teams and strategic projects
• Strong autonomous working capability with a track record of delivering high-quality outcomes
• Strong analytical, research, and C-level communication skills, working autonomously and delivering high-quality outcomes
• Passion for technology and ability to identify technology driven market opportunities
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German, French, or Italian is a plus
• Willingness to travel: 60-80% of the time
