Job Description

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Analyze and document business requirements related to data management, data mesh, and data distribution.
  • Develop and implement strategies for data management within the banking environment.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical solutions.
  • Provide expertise in data-related initiatives and projects.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of technical solutions.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in the financial sector.
  • Strong understanding of data management, data mesh, and data distribution.
  • A previous experience in a banking environment is mandatory.
  • It is mandatory to know SQL.
  • Fluency in both English and French is mandatory.
  • Swiss residency is required at the beginning of the mission.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
