We are currently seeking a dynamic Account Manager to develop excellent relationships with our customers in Switzerland. Based out of our Head Office in Buchs (Aargau) the position is offered on a hybrid basis working from home, office and customer locations.

As an Account Manager you are responsible for the proactive support and further development of your customers within the existing customer base
You represent Swisslog in a partnership with customers and use your network to demonstrate further potential, making it easy for you to build new customer relationships
You analyze customer needs and problems, advise customers and create rough concepts and initial drafts to solve individual tasks
The development of support and maintenance contracts and concepts, if necessary in collaboration with other Swisslog departments, is standard for you
By developing a sustainable customer relationship at the decision-making level, joint multi-year planning for the customer is one of your methods of choice
You inform your customers about new Swisslog products/services and organizational changes
You are responsible for tracking the offer, negotiating with the customer about execution, drafting and reviewing the contract until the successful award of the contract
Advice, planning and support of improvement measures (expansion and modernization projects) are also part of your tasks
Applicant profile
This is what you bring with you!
You have a degree in business administration/logistics or comparable qualifications in the field of logistics and technology are also welcome
Experience in the intralogistics / automated warehouse sector or engineering industry
Several years of sales / account management experience and experience in project management in the area of plant engineering is a plus
You also have a strong customer and solution orientation as well as comprehensive technical understanding
You are characterized by strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with decision-makers
Good communication in the English language presents you with no challenge
Willingness to travel to customer locations in Switzerland
