Before you start: Have you considered all the risks for your operations? When considering an #SAP-implementation project, it’s important to review all of the potential risks or impediments, and prioritise which need the most urgent attention. We categorise those inherent #risks into; technical, operational, resource allocation, change management, cultural and communication, regulatory/compliance, project management, timeline, interface and integration and finally, strategic. It sounds like a significant assessment, but by addressing these risks proactively, instead of waiting for them to delay or derail the project itself, we can secure the success of our work and the satisfaction for our clients. There is a lot of noise regarding the complexity of a SAP ECC to S/4 conversion. Whilst the migration is certainly a project in itself, the steps are relatively simple. Definitely worth reading and understanding! #SAP #SAPS4HANA #ERP #ERPSystem
