14 days for the repair of a key traffic artery in Switzerland. A round of applause and thanks for the excellent cooperation of all parties involved in the restoration work. As of 5:00 a.m. on Friday, 04 July, the A13 motorway will once again be passable and reopened to vehicle traffic, and the Mesolcina valley can now be crossed in both directions. Work on the complete renewal of the four lanes will continue until next autumn. Many thanks also to all the volunteers and those who are supporting the entire region as best they can with what has happened. We are also particularly close to the other regions in the Alps affected by similar natural events and to all those involved.

San Bernardino Swiss Alps is delighted to unveil a dynamic lineup of summer events aimed at enriching the region and bringing together visitors and locals. This season's activities promise a blend of sports, music, and culinary delights, catering to a diverse audience. The season kicks off with SanBe Sound, offering an unplugged open-air music experience at 2,000 meters. The first weekend, July 20-21, features Floating Notes, followed by the first edition of Wild Wood on July 27-28, with performances by Lo Stato Sociale and 77 Bombay Street. This festival blends the artists' sounds with the natural ambiance of the mountains.   In August, the village will host Serre - Alpine Gourmet, a fine dining event set within glass greenhouses from August 2-12. This unique experience combines local flavors with the creativity of various renowned chefs, including Michelin-starred Martin Dalsass and Davide Marzullo, offering guests the chance to dine under the stars during eleven magical evenings.   At the end of the summer, the Raiffeisen San Bernardino Gravel Race will take place, inviting cyclists to challenge themselves on the trails of San Bernardino. This thrilling gravel bike race promises an exhilarating finale to the summer season. Raiffeisen, the main sponsor of the summer events in San Bernardino, is committed to supporting these vibrant activities that showcase the region's charm.   These events aim to solidify the destination’s reputation as the leading mountain resort in the southern Swiss Alps.
