    ☀️ 𝐇𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 ⛱️ This year, our annual summer party, originally called White Night, turned into an event full of colors. We transformed our old office, where it all began, into the perfect event location. We had great food and drinks, crowned our internal boccia champions, exchanged vacation recommendations, discussed the current standings of our Euro prediction game, and enjoyed the (surprisingly) sunny weather. 😎 With this, we're all set for a productive and enjoyable summer, and we hope you are too!

    🤖 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐈 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐨 𝐡𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐬 🪂 We had a great time hosting an interactive HSG Alumni workshop last week, where we discussed how to promote AI champions who are at the heart of driving AI-readiness in an organization. In the workshop, participants learned about two practical levers that can support a mindset shift of employees towards becoming AI champions, which in the long run can lead to behavioral changes and, thus, promote AI-readiness in an organization. What are those two levers? 🎒 Experiences: Creating experiences can actively drive the mindset changes we want to see in our organization. 📎 Micro habits: Individually anchoring small, specific habits can lead to meaningful progress over time. Of course, building up AI champions and achieving a mindset shift in an organization is complex and cannot be forced upon people. However, by creating experiences and applying micro habits, a culture can be fostered that supports an organization in becoming more AI-ready. AI champions are individuals who embody the DARC mindset: being Data-savvy, Adaptable, Responsible, and Curious. AI champions are essential for organizations to thrive in the face of AI challenges. Building up AI champions requires a mindset shift within the organization that goes beyond just adopting new technologies. It’s about fostering a culture that drives the change while also providing stability. This afternoon, in our HSG A.-workshop, we'll explore how to build AI champions. In this week's GreenBuzz event, we explored how organizations can be designed to better cope with these challenges. Our main takeaways from the discussions with the audience are: 🛠️ Equip your sustainability team with the right change & project management skills. Managing the diverse internal and external stakeholders is now a key part of a Sustainability Manager's job. 📚 Invest into sensitization and education of employees on all levels. Training and engaging the wider organization form the basis for sustainability efforts to flourish and become part of the day-to-day work. 🏆 Align incentives and performance management to your sustainability goals.
