This strengthens Patrimonium Private Equity's portfolio positioning in the IT & Digital Transformation sector in addition to GroupLink and TestSolutions GmbH, and on business models characterized by technological change. With a team of over 100 experts, :em engineering methods AG covers the entire product life cycle and enterprise architecture of medium-sized and blue chip companies in the industrial and automation, mobility and transportation, electrical and IT, aerospace and medical technology and life science sectors. :em engineering methods (:em AG) offers a portfolio of consulting services and IT applications, including the proprietary AI-supported Saas solution ReqMan. The aim is to further boost :em AG's growth as a part of Patrimonium Private Equity's portfolio. Erik Claassen, Christian Donges, Sven Kleiner and Marcus Krastel remain as relevant co-owners and managing directors on the company board and implement the defined strategy.
