Zurich Life Science Day 2025 preparations have officially begun! #ZLSD2025   On Saturday we had our annual summer retreat to discuss the theme, keynote speaker, talk topics and lots more! Hi, we are the Mentoring Team! We organize career mentoring programs in collaboration with different life science and biopharmaceutical companies. Mentors from a diverse range of positions share their personal experience and insights with selected mentees and support them on their journey in the world of business, science and global corporations. Mentees get the opportunity to learn about the company's internal structure, projects and entry-level positions as well as gain insights into the necessary requirements to pursue certain careers. #MentoringProgram #BMS We had the pleasure to kick off the second edition of the BMS Talent Academy at the BMS sites in Steinhausen and Boudry! It was great seeing everybody come together after all the organization that has gone into this event in the past months. During the event the mentees received an insightful overview into the advanced production facilities and were introduced to various roles and functions within BMS. They were then able to meet their mentors for a first discussion during a delicious apéro. During these visits we lead a group of students to the headquarters of a company where they get to talk with employees, get a tour of the labs/office space, and in the end, a networking apero where they can clarify all their questions in a more relaxed environment.
