Mit unseren kompetenten F&E-Teams und in unseren Labors in Südfrankreich, Brasilien und Korea entwickeln wir Formeln und Produkte, die die Erwartungen übertreffen und neue Industriestandards setzen. Dazu gehören mehr als 50 Produktpatente. Unser weltweites Netzwerk aus über 3.000 Verkaufsstellen umfasst auch mehr als 1.500 eigene Boutiquen. Unsere kundenorientierte Vertriebsstrategie auf Omnichannel-Basis bereitet unseren Kunden ein integriertes Einkaufserlebnis und ermöglicht ihnen den Kontakt mit den Marken über zahlreiche Kanäle, wobei Qualität und Service auf allen Ebenen gewährleistet sind.     We’re approaching our one-year B Corp anniversary! 🎂 🥳  And what an amazing and inspiring year of consistently pushing forward! Since our certification last August, we’ve implemented more sustainable practices, invested in our communities, and scaled up our efforts to all areas of our business worldwide.   Here are some of the biggest steps we’ve taken: - We’ve embedded social and environmental into our Board’s responsibilities, with our new Sustainability Committee – and by linking our performance to all manager and leadership compensation. - All our employees have access to local benefits programmes that support their physical and mental health. - We’ve reduced our carbon emissions by switching to renewable energies in more than 90% of our facilities.  Check out the slides below for even more of our progress.     L’OCCITANE Group brand, Erborian’s Self-Esteem Club organized the Self-Esteem Run, a heart-shaped race on June 13th in Paris with 50 runners.  The race was hosted by the athlete Fanny Peltier, who qualifies with her relay team to the biggest sports competition of this summer in Paris. What did participants experience during the Self-Esteem Run?  • Empowerment: Erborian aims to empower their community to challenge themselves by running 10km around the beautiful city of Paris.  • Connection: An opportunity to connect with professional athlete, Fanny Peltier. I’m a person with a disability, and my purpose in life is to positively impact others.  “Brazil is a diverse country, but there are some recurrent themes when we talk about representation, such as gender, disability and race and ethnicity. Although black people make up more than half of our population, they are still not often seen in leadership positions. It’s our responsibility to cultivate better representation in our team.  “We must give everyone the knowledge they need to effect change. To this end, diversity is a fixed item in the monthly meeting agendas, as well as a focus for leadership development.
