La semaine dernière, la semaine annuelle QVCT (Qualité de Vie et des Conditions de Travail) a eu lieu ! Cet évènement clé, une tradition française très appréciée, visait principalement à renforcer nos politiques RH et à engager nos équipes sur des questions cruciales de QVCT. Last week, the annual QVCT (Quality of Life and Working Conditions) week took place! This key event, a cherished French tradition, aimed primarily to boosting our HR policies and engaging our teams on crucial #QVCT issues. Throughout the week, we took part in several impactful events at FutureLog France that positively influenced QVCT:  🥐 We kicked off the week with a refreshing change of scenery, holding our weekly meeting at the HIDDEN HOTEL. It provided a delightful start to our day and fostered a renewed sense of camaraderie among our team.  🎲 To stimulate creativity and strengthen team cohesion, we incorporated recreational and instructive breaks with games and activities. These moments of fun encouraged valuable exchanges and inspired fresh ideas. 👨⚕️ We welcomed an osteopath who provided expert advice on improving workplace ergonomics, enhancing our gestures, and promoting better postures. This initiative underscored our commitment to physical well-being.  🧘♂️ Led by Alix, we practiced cardiac coherence exercises aimed at promoting relaxation and reducing stress levels. These sessions were instrumental in fostering a calm and focused work environment.  🍫 To satisfy our team's sweet tooth and add a touch of joy to our days, we enjoyed delicious snacks provided throughout the week. We are pleased to report that the week was met with positivity, humor, and kindness, reflecting the dedication and active participation of the entire FutureLog France team. We are convinced that a solid QVCT policy has a positive effect that directly improves the well-being of employees and workplace satisfaction. Your commitment is truly commendable and contributes immensely to our collective success.
