3, 2, 1 – Capri Sun & Run! 🏁 With a group of 62 colleagues from Eppelheim, Capri Sun Group returned to the iconic Hockenheimring for the BASF Firmencup 2024. After a one-year hiatus, we were eager to rejoin the event, having been enthusiastic participants in the Firmencup for many years. Our mission: to have an amazing time together as colleagues and embrace the sportive challenge 🌞 After donning our race numbers and team shirts, we were ready for the 5.2km lap around the racing track, joining thousands of participants from companies across the Rhein-Neckar region. Despite the current challenging situation in this market, Capri Sun Group has achieved a remarkable double-digit volume growth year-to-date in Turkey. Thrilled to share insights from our recent Extended Leadership Team meeting on 'Navigating Success with Intentionality'! 🚀   With around 30 participants spanning Europe, Dubai, and China, our special gathering in Germany was truly inspiring. During an engaging keynote, Capri Sun Group CEO Roland Weening shared his personal motto and its alignment with the power of intentionality.   As a fast moving consumer goods company it was important to take the pace out for once and dedicate time to the vital topic of intentionality. Our leadership team delved into the significance of having a strong personal motto, one that anchors our 'why and how'. They reflected on individual intentions and aspirations for their teams, reinforcing their commitment to purposeful leadership.   A key takeaway was the paramount importance of company culture in realizing ambitious business objectives. Together with her husband, Leonie Wild was the founder of the Capri Sun business back in 1931. In addition to her professional activities, Leonie Wild became involved in the social and cultural sector early on, which resulted in the foundation of the Leonie Wild Stiftung in 1997. The foundation is particularly active in the Rhine-Neckar region and supports social and cultural projects.   This week, we welcomed students from Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg / Heidelberg University who are supported by the Leonie Wild Foundation. The students were able to spend an insightful day at our production site with a production tour, some networking and of course drinking lots of Capri-Sun.
