Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess client eligibility for various Canadian immigration programs (e.g., Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs, Family Sponsorship)
Develop personalized immigration roadmaps and timelines for clients
Assist clients with gathering and preparing all required documentation
Ensure all applications are completed accurately and meet Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) requirements
Communicate effectively with clients throughout the application process, keeping them informed of progress and updates
Liaise with IRCC on behalf of clients, if necessary
Stay up-to-date on the latest changes to Canadian immigration laws and policies
Maintain a strong understanding of ethical and professional standards as set out by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC)
Requirements
Licensed Immigration Consultant (member in good standing of the CICC)
Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in Canadian immigration
In-depth knowledge of Canadian immigration programs, policies, and procedures
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools
Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required. French is an asset.
