As Director, Field Sales for Enablon, you will oversee the North American commercial activities and responsibilities for the Enablon organization including revenue strategy/business planning and budget development with true accountability for revenue generation. Additionally, you will develop growth and resource scaling plans while managing a North American team selling enterprise software applications. The North American sales team is comprised of sales leaders and reps located in the U.S and Canada. You will report to the Global VP of Sales, Corporate Performance & ESG Enablon.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Provides leadership to senior managers, managers and high-level professionals based on organizational goals and company direction
  • Determines organizational goals and divisional plans following divisional strategy
  • Interprets modifications to policies
  • Achieves results of part of a division or region that has an impact on our organization.
  • Travels to company meetings, conferences, events and client sites


Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience; MBA preferred


Minimum Experience:

  • 10+ years B2B outside/field sales experience selling complex Enterprise software/SaaS solutions and services
  • 5+ years of sales management (supervisory) experience
  • Proficiency with business planning and budget development
  • Prior accountability for revenue generation and proven track record for meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Demonstrable record for transforming a business function and developing high-powered sales teams
  • Proficiency developing and driving effective use of CRM


Preferred Experience:

  • Sales or sales leadership experience in the one of our vertical markets (Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, Aerospace & Defense, Energy, Mining & Metals, Utility)
  • EHS or ORM software sales expertise

  • Leadership skills, Subject Matter Expertise, Coaching, Performance Management, Field Sales Techniques, Advanced Business Consulting, Change Management
  • Proven ability to perform in a collaborative manner and engender trust and cooperation from colleagues and stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment with multiple channels


TRAVEL REQUIREMENT

  • Up to 50%

Compensation:

Target salary range CA, CT, CO, HI, NY, WA: $182,500-$258,350

This role is eligible for Commission.
