How can you prevent buyer's remorse in Outside Sales?
Seek first to truly understand your client. No one likes to be sold, but everyone loves to buy. What does that mean? People enjoy parting with their $ when they see the value they are getting, and hopefully they feel they’re getting even MORE value than they expected. Serve. Don’t sell. When you truly understand the client’s concerns, needs, goals, wants etc, and IF your solution helps with all of those, (and you communicated as such after completely understanding) I can’t see how there would ever be remorse.

How can you identify energy inefficiencies in your office?
HVAC air filtration is responsible for approximately 15% of a typical commercial buildings energy use. A simple upgrade to higher performance air filtration (high particulate filtration level, low resistance to air flow) paired with a VFD can reduce building envelope energy by 2% easily. Multiple 3rd party M&V studies have found energy reductions comparable to an LED conversion, simply by changing the air filter type, with zero CAPEX needed. The catch? Air filters aren’t as glamorous as LED’s, but if we truly are looking to “net zero”, every little thing, glamorous or not, counts.

How can you build your confidence when speaking publicly?
In my experience practice does make perfect, however I think the definition of practice is not the same for everyone. For me, I “mental image” every slide, the approach, how the meeting could or should go etc…. Non stop. Back in the day I would record myself on camera etc to really see how I sounded and looked. Once you’re comfortable with the subject matter, or rather a subject matter expert, there is no need to be nervous and public speaking can be a daily occurrence.

In each episode, I spearhead an exploration into the untold stories and unsung heroes that contribute to the fabric of Camfil's identity.
As the brainchild behind this innovative project, I conceptualized, scripted, and meticulously crafted each episode to showcase the diverse talents and dedication…"Camflix" is a captivating video series that takes viewers behind the green curtain of Camfil, offering an exclusive glimpse into the invaluable individuals who drive our company's success. In each episode, I spearhead an exploration into the untold stories and unsung heroes that contribute to the fabric of Camfil's identity.
As the brainchild behind this innovative project, I conceptualized, scripted, and meticulously crafted each episode to showcase the diverse talents and dedication of our team. From the production phase to the final edit, I assumed full creative control, handling everything from lighting and sound to editing and post-production.
Through "Camflix," viewers are invited to connect with the human side of Camfil, gaining a deeper understanding and appreciation for the individuals who work tirelessly behind the scenes to uphold our company's reputation for excellence. It's a testament to our collective commitment to transparency, authenticity, and the recognition that every role within Camfil is vital to our continued success. -

Through many 'certifications' (training on sales process , role plays etc finalized by a role play with Regional Sales Manager approving their skill set prior to hitting the field.) I compiled many different documents, scripts etc along with my previous experience to make this training document 'real world' in order to make the on boarding and training of new hires much more efficient. As a result, several locations used this document in their 'certification' of new hires as well. Nicole…
