How can you make your BI dashboards more accessible?
Take your dashboard and make the "5 second test" with someone that has not seen the dashboard. Can you identify what the dashboard is trying to explain / message ? Can you identify the main problem in the KPIs ? Consistency is key - same colors, same type of visualizations, same icons, ...

How can you make your BI dashboards more accessible?
I find it interesting that most articles about making dashboards better or "more accessible" start with the choice of the BI tool. I would suggest to start with some key questions, such as - What is the customer trying to achieve - What are the strategic goals / KPIs - What impact will it have for the customer to not measure those KPIs Try to understand the current business pain for the customer and start with that and try to create a set of KPIs and supporting measures aligned with those strategic goals. The choice of BI tool shouldn't be the first topic.

How can you identify stakeholders impacted by a BI problem?
Agree with @javier here. Without a good understanding on the stakeholders there won't be a good understanding on the actual problem the stakeholder is trying to solve and what the motivation to solve the problem really is. Also different stakeholders might end up requiring different type of analytics based on their skillset.

How can you identify stakeholders impacted by a BI problem?
Not a huge fan of the notion of stating it as a "BI Problem". BI / Analytics is there to empower a user and to provide information to the business to better understand a situation (which might be a problem) and to be able to then make better decisions because the information is available. I would separate what is mentioned here as business opportunities from what is mentioned as a data quality or data integration problem. Data quality and data integration are for sure important, but are part of the solution to a business problem where BI / Analytics is there to provide insights.
