Our Pure Sunfarms team had an incredible time at Hall of Flowers Toronto 2024! It was an opportunity to have some face-to-face interactions and the chance to really dig into discussions about our business and products with our fellow cannabis community. Last week, our colleagues from ROSE LifeScience Inc. and Pure Sunfarms gathered with other industry leaders of the Cannabis Council of Canada as part of day of federal government engagement in Ottawa. Tamara Lovi, MBA, Chief Business Officer at ROSE, and Julia Cameron, VP of Corporate Affairs at Pure Sunfarms participated in critical discussions, engaging with officials from Finance Canada / Finances Canada and Health Canada | Santé Canada on Excise Tax reform and reducing regulatory burdens. They also contributed to a strategic board meeting, shaping 2024 for maximum impact on the future of the Canadian cannabis industry.
