It's a hot, hot summer. 🔥 Jobs are flowing - People are moving - It's going to be a fun Q3! 🚀 Here are 8 roles we're recruiting for at Jagger 1) President & COO - Toronto - Series A startup - need a COO who can oversee 1/2 of the company's functions and own responsibility for revenue/growth - Incredible company - Must be hybrid in Toronto. 2) Growth Marketing Lead - Series A - DTC client with a fairly high AOV - Remote across Canada - Absolute career accelerator for someone who actually understands growth/performance within e-comm. 3) Enterprise AE's, Enterprise AM's, Strategic Account Directors, and Solution Engineers - We are helping one of Canada's top startups build out their GTM team. This company hires only the best - High bar for talent and hard interview process to pass. They pay top dollar as well. Remote across Canada and the US. 4) CEO - DTC brand doing mid 8 figures in revenue looking for a CEO who understands how to push omni-channel growth from eight figures to 9 figures+ Profitable. Amazing story & founder. Toronto or NY. 5) Founding AE's (2) - One focused on Billing/Payments and the other focused on Sustainability enterprise customers - This is a stealth startup in the Data space who I believe will be one of the top startup stories in North America. 6) Controller - Northern Toronto/GTA as we need someone who is willing to commute to the Barrie/Aurora area ~3 days a week - SaaS background required - Search fund just acquired this business and will be scaling the company aggressively. Amazing opportunity for someone to come in and build accounting function from scratch. (Currently has been done via external) 7) Performance/Growth Lead - B2B SaaS - 4x a week in office in Toronto - Seed Stage company that has been hitting all their numbers and will be well positioned for a significant Series A potentially later this year. 8) Executive Assistants - Bay Area - We have 3 Bay Area based EAs at different levels for some of the best founders in the world and we're honoured to be supporting them. Salary ranges on the 90-110k range for more support oriented EA up to 170k for the more senior EA search. Understanding of process, capital markets, contacts etc. Marketing Lead - REMOTE across Canada. (This could be a manager level or someone currently in a Senior IC capacity... or someone currently in a head of / director role that doesn't need a large team at the onset - We're open on comp and background) First Marketing hire for an early stage startup with successful founders who just sold their last business Applying everything they learned with the same approach to a new industry - These roles are the most fun and require a Marketing Generalist who thrives in the trenches and wants to build own the function from an early stage. B2B SaaS experience a must. Need someone who can be efficient - not going to build a team at the onset etc. *** I genuinely think this will be one of the most successful startups we hear about over the coming years Strategic Finance / Founding AE (In the US) / Marketing & Events Manager.
