CrossConcept was founded in 2010 by industry leaders that implemented, customized and supported Professional Services Automation (PSA) software for leading PSA vendors since the segment emerged in the 1990’s. Between the founders and subsequent employees, CrossConcept has centuries of combined experience helping service organizations automate their processes.
