Reporting to the Manager of HSE, the Superintendent of Safety and Training is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and assisting with the delivery of health, safety, environment, and training programs. The Superintendent of Safety and Training is also responsible for coaching project teams on all aspects of the Cementation Safety Management System, auditing compliance and conducting workplace safety inspections when doing site visits.
