In 2023, Ross recognized the Business Leaders for Diverse Abilities Club as the Michigan Ross Club of the Year and DEI in Action, and just this past month, BBA Kayla Rothstein received a Ross DEI Award for her thesis on the hiring and keys to success for workers with intellectual and developmental disabilities, specifically in India.
