Senior Learning Experience Designer (SLXD) is in general responsible for the program of Data Scientist/Data Analyst and influences the Completion Rate and Employment Rate.

What value should you add to the Tripleten product?

• Contribute to create an academic strategy for the product for LATAM and Brasil Markets
• Conduct a program audit and determine quality standards
• Redesign the program to make it fit students’ expectations
• Build strong connections with the students’ experience department in order to create a concise and efficient learning experience.
  
  

What you will do:

• Keeping the program content up to date;
• Constantly developing the program using data-driven approach;
• Conducting various researchers to find a proper way of the further program developing;
• Managing and developing the team of LXD and SME;
• Together with the analytic department developer proxy-metrics to measure program performance and educational value;
• Adjust the content of the program to LATAM and Brazil markets.
  
  

Requirements:

We are looking for a professional who:

Knows:

• Key theories of adult learning.
• Methodologies for designing educational programs.
• Various approaches to assessing educational outcomes and how to design and implement assessment into the program.
  
  

Is able to:

• Develop various forms of educational content (projects, practice tasks, assessment, etc.).
• Develop various formats of educational content (text, video, live).
• Structure educational experiences, build Learning Journey Maps (LJMs).
• Work with technical topics without being overwhelmed.
  
  

Possesses:

• English proficiency.
• Autonomy — you don't wait to be told what to do or asked how things are; you propose, do, ask questions independently and are ready to take responsibility for it.
• Empathetic, student-centric approach — you make decisions considering students' interests, concerns, and context; you understand that the responsibility for successes and failures is shared equally between us and the students.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness — you'll be processing a lot of content that needs to be checked for methodological quality.
  
  

We expect you to have experience:

• Working as an instructional designer / LX designer / program designer for at least 4 years.
• Developing education in the field of Data Analytics, Data Science, or IT.
• Working on an educational product throughout its lifecycle (from design to effectiveness assessment and refactoring).
• Auditing educational programs.
• Managed cross-functional teams

• You have experience in developing education for an international audience;
• You have basic Spanish or Portuguese skills.
