Sales Director for Premix

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for developing the international market for premix, breaking through, a major customer in the premix industry, maintaining daily relationships with international regional customers, and being responsible for the international market indicators for premix;

2. Responsible for developing and maintaining feed marketing channels in the international premix market, including agency, customer visits, industry consultants, government and other marketing channels, to explore business opportunities;

3. Responsible for tracking pre mixed material leads and business opportunities, providing project quotations to customers and tracking the completion of new signings;

4. Responsible for international feed market activities for premixes, such as media promotion, exhibitions, training sessions, and observation events, to enhance FAMSUN's brand influence in the international market.

5. Assist the premix company in planning product and solution roadmaps;

6. Assist in following up on the progress of international contract performance for premix, provide service support to customers, and complete accounts receivable collection.


Job requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Food Engineering/Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation/Marketing/International Trade, etc;

2. Have 3-5 years of work experience in the feed/agriculture and animal husbandry industry, understand feed processing technology, have a certain sales foundation and customer resources. Priority given to having work experience in the same industry.

3. Proficient in English and able to communicate with clients without barriers;

4. Priority given to enterprises with a background in large and medium-sized premix or premix engineering (such as Buhler);

5. Having good negotiation and language expression skills, possessing high sense of responsibility and sense of responsibility;

6. Strong social skills, familiar with key account marketing procedures and techniques, and possessing abundant market resources;

7. Can adapt to strong work pressure, strong sense of career and responsibility;

8. Having the ability to solve complex problems, independent work ability, work advancement ability, and extremely strong execution ability.


Work location:

Mainly focused on the Americas, Brazil, and Mexico regions, with global business travel support;
