Responsible for managing our one of our diabetes solutions throughout its Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product, customer and Brazilian market requirements. Drives the product- and business-planning processes for a cross-functional team. Guarantees a successful launch of the solution and the business| product sustainability in the coming months and years. Drives product awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.

Main tasks of the position

  • Sets the vision and strategy for the solution in Brazil;
  • Defines a roadmap considering our long term ambition and short term targets;
  • Develops the core positioning and messaging for the solution; Creates compelling product narratives and collateral to effectively communicate value propositions to target audiences
  • Alings and communicates this strategy to all of the relevant participants and stakeholders. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies
  • Being an expert with respect to the product and competition; Provides subject matter expertise and support to applicable business areas as needed
  • Supports the pricing set and works closely with key teams to ensure revenue and profitability goals are met
  • Be part of the negotiations and contract discussions with retail partners/ clients to secure favorable terms and maximize profitability and sustainability for our solution
  • Be part of the development and execution of a comprehensive retail channel strategies for the solution to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets;
  • Propose an overall budget to ensure success
  • Guarantee sales teams have tools, trainings and collateral to delivery on the targets
  • Ensures the marketing strategies and plans for activities such as defining commercial requirements for Dia products/services for the assigned affiliate meet customer and business requirements
  • Drive a multidisciplinary team with responsibility for sales and marketing strategic, financial and operational results and overall success
  • Leads and oversees marketing, sales and related commercial strategies, plans and tactics for the assigned portfolio. Typically accountable for the profit and loss (P&L) of all products overseen. Ensures the overseen marketing, sales and related functions and teams meet or exceed revenue, margin and other related financial and business goals/objectives, which includes appropriate budgetary management and optimal use of resources for maximum return on investment

Qualifications of the position:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration, Marketing and others
  • Previous experience in product launching;
  • Strong experience in a dynamic product management role;
  • Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
  • High effectiveness in man driving cross-functional teams
  • Experience in delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset
