Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Shopper Marketing Manager to join our Customer Marketing team.

In This Role, You Will

• Support the Shopper Marketing Team in developing and executing brands´/categories´ + channels´ strategies across all channels to drive shopper engagement and increase sales in retail environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyzing shopper insights, having a good understanding of the retail and bar environment and path to purchase, leading the planning and implementation of shopper marketing toolkits & campaigns.
  
  

The ideal candidate should demonstrate resilience in tackling challenges and setbacks, maintaining a positive attitude, and adapting to changing circumstances in the fast-paced retail and marketing environment. A resilient individual will be able to navigate obstacles, learn from failures, and persist in achieving marketing objectives effectively. Additionally, the candidate should have a passion marketing, strong communication skills, and a creative while pragmatic mindset to excel in this role.
