Goodnight Mommy directors Severin Fiala and Veronika Franz are back with their latest thriller, The Lodge (review), which is now in New York and Los Angeles theaters via NEON, and will continue to expand wide through February 21.

The Lodge follows a family who retreat to their remote winter cabin over the holidays. When the father is forced to abruptly depart for work, he leaves his children, Aidan and Mia (It‘s Jaeden Martell and Lia McHugh), in the care of his new girlfriend, Grace (Riley Keough). Isolated and alone, a blizzard traps them inside the lodge as terrifying events summon specters from Grace’s dark past.”

Grace is a cult survivor and is haunted by her past as the trio is stranded in the family’s vacation cabin. In this clip, Grace creeps through the cabin and is lead to a window where the snow has been riddled with disturbing snow angels.
