Search for "Ceiling Anchor Wall Mount Bracket Suspension". These are made in China and commonly branded by exercise companies. Think hanging weight bags. They are a good low cost option for walls or ceilings.
Mount one of these low to a stud and use a bike lock tether to secure the bike to the mount. You could also use 2 mounts, a rope, and rope tie off to hang a bike from the ceiling.
