We are discussing alternative steeds (to horses) over at worldbuilding.stackoverflow and i boldly proclaimed that in acient times, the bike could easily have replaced the steed, if they had som davinci level of tech nailed down. My question has anyone here ever tried a pre-historic bicycle in rough terrain? Could they survive long in terrain? Im no expert, thus the question here.
