Yes, the riding the roads at higher average speed / efficiency while maintaining an average cadence of about 70.. would changing to Clipless peddles help? Would looking into flexible road tires help... I am riding a steel belted 25C. Am in no rush to expense on Carbon wheels as of yet. Looking for finer tweaks so the bike feels "efficient". | |
